2. Left and right folding plate assembly workstation -- Yumi dual arm robot
Using 1 ABB IRB14000 Yumi double arm robot to cooperate 14 axis robot achieves to adjust the insertion angle of the left and right folding plates in the assembly process, and complete the two folding plates assembly at the same time. Cooperate with six axis robot in the same station.

3. The rocker arm is fixed to the inner limit position, and the visual measuring technique is used to measure the distance between the center of the rocker arm positioning column and the center of the crank gear, which is selected the suitable length pull rod according to the result of the measurement.

4. Eight station turntable iron housing automatic assembly special machine
Complete the following eight operations:
(1) The upper housing semi-finished product input by the robot
(2) Motor valve seal examination
(3) Grease on the air gate of upper housing and axle center of the external magnetic components
(4) External magnetic components assembly
(5) External magnetic components inspection
(6) Machine core assembly
(7) Offset housing assembly, housing scanning code
(8) Robot finished product output.
